This course is aimed at volunteer managers, coordinators and organisations who need to recruit volunteers to support their work.

The aim of the course is to take people through the process of recruiting and supporting volunteers within the law and how to attract volunteers from different voluntary and community groups. 

At the end of this course participants will have a better understanding of:

• Equality and Diversity and what it means for you
• How to recruit volunteers safely within the law
• How to recruit more volunteers from different sections of the community
• How to correctly record your equality and diversity section of monitoring
