Cancellations and Non-Attendance

If you are unable to attend a course please let us know as soon as possible in writing by post or email so that the place can be opened up to someone else. If someone else is attending in your place, please advise us of this and complete a new booking form for this person.

The following charges will apply if you wish to cancel attendance on a course:

-          More than 21 days before – no charge

-          Between 21 and 14 – 50% of course fee

-          Less than 14 days – 100% of course fee

-          Non attendance – 100% of course fee

Please note, organisations will be charged a £15 administration fee per person per course for cancellations made within 21 days of the event and for any non-attendance of a course, including those courses that are provided free (this includes bookings made within the 21 day period). Hull CVS reserves the right to withdraw a course at any time. In the event of this happening, Hull CVS will offer a full refund or an alternative course or date if applicable.
